Mansi brings a unique fusion of science and spirituality to the mat. With a
background in molecular neurobiology and over four years of experience as a
certified yoga (590 RYT) and mindfulness teacher, her classes are a blend of deep
embodiment, nervous system regulation, and brain-based conscious movement.
Drawing from yogic wisdom and neuroscience, she guides students through
practices that are both grounding and transformative. Her teaching is trauma-
informed and rooted in her signature method, Brain-Body Movement (BBM)-a neuro-
somatic approach born from her own healing journey navigating anxiety, emotional
shutdown, and chronic pain stored in her body. It includes both bottom-up and top
down approach. She believes, “The body always remembers, but it also knows how
to heal, when we give it the right space, intention, and tools.” Whether you are
navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking a deeper kind
of yoga, these classes offer a safe, neuroscience based and soulful journey home to
