Vinyasa Flow Yoga ist eine dynamische, fließende Yogapraxis, bei der Bewegung und Atem zu einer harmonischen Einheit werden. In dieser Stunde erwarten dich kraftvolle und zugleich sanfte Abläufe, die dich durch belebende Sonnengrüße, stärkende Standhaltungen, wohltuende Rückbeugen, sanfte Dehnungen und ruhige, sitzende Asanas führen. Jede Bewegung ist mit dem Atem verbunden – so entsteht ein meditativer Flow, der den Körper kräftigt, flexibel macht und gleichzeitig den Geist beruhigt. Die Stunde endet mit einer tiefen Entspannung in Shavasana, die dich geerdet und ausgeglichen zurücklässt. --
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that connects movement with breath, creating a harmonious and meditative flow. In this class, you'll be guided through an energizing sequence that includes sun salutations, standing poses, gentle backbends, seated stretches, and calming asanas — all leading into a deeply relaxing final rest in Shavasana. Each movement is synchronized with your breath, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and find a sense of inner calm.
MINDFUL FLOW YOGA WITH AROMATHERAPY (EN/DE)
Thursdays / Donnerstags at 17.30-18.30 with Annukka
Treat yourself with a sensory experience that combines the calming effects of yoga with the soothing power of aromatherapy. In this class Annukka guides you with a peaceful, somatic approach through a gentle and flowing vinyasa sequence, supported by essential oils. It is a holistic practice, where the body is invited into a nourishing movement flow through yoga asanas, stretches and breath work. Rather than reaching for extremities, we work on qualities of sensing and embodiment, towards an increased sense of presence, coherent body awareness and a more regulated nervous system. Annukka holds space for her students to connect deeply with themselves and to practice in a safe, self-compassionate, sustainable way, leaving the sessions relaxed and refreshed.
The class will take place either in English with the possibility of German translations.

NeuroYoga Flow is a science-backed practice that blends mindful movement, somatic mapping, and nervous system rewiring. Designed to shift you from stress to fluidity, it awakens deep embodiment through yoga and brain-based tools. Teach your body a new way to move or break free from old patterns, either way you will strengthen Brain-body communication. Mansi brings a unique fusion of science and spirituality to the mat. With a background in molecular neurobiology and over four years of experience as a certified yoga (590 RYT) and mindfulness teacher, her classes are a blend of deep embodiment, nervous system regulation, and brain-based conscious movement. Drawing from yogic wisdom and neuroscience, she guides students through practices that are both grounding and transformative. Her teaching is trauma-informed and rooted in her signature method, Brain-Body Movement (BBM)-a neuro- somatic approach born from her own healing journey navigating anxiety, emotional shutdown, and chronic pain stored in her body. It includes both bottom-up and top down approach. She believes, “The body always remembers, but it also knows how to heal, when we give it the right space, intention, and tools.” Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking a deeper kind of yoga, these classes offer a safe, neuroscience based and soulful journey home to yourself.
