In the frame of my approach, I focus on...
how to guide people into a state of mind, in which, through practices of
mindfulness, allowing becomes possible.
It will not just stay a word anymore, instead it will become tangible, embodied & can flood your system with a lot of pleasure and open up
new spaces inside of you. In your mind AND your bodies.
Through a specific linguistic guidance that takes the psyche on board, participants can arrive in a deeper & and more connected sensing of
their bodies, minds, souls.
„It will allow you to access a deeper contact to your Self and others.“ Holding the space for those processes, through that specific guidance that involves tools of mindfulness, allowing & somatic approaches to
the body it opens up new spaces inside of you.
In your mind & your bodies.
Arrived in that specific state of mind of the "Now" and the "allowing" you will be able to experience a different kind of consciousness.
It can be quiet magical & healing actually.
